Pricing

 

Every animal is unique and has different requirements. Treatment plans are always tailored to meet your specific needs.   Having discussed your requirements, we can agree the best approach for you and your horse.

 

As a guide, pricing from 1st September 2021 is as follows:

Initial Assessment / First Appointment:       £65

 

Follow Up and Routine Appointments:          £60

​

Radiofrequency Appointments:                     £60 one small area (e.g. a single hock, a tendon or ligament)

                                                                          £65 one large area (e.g. lumbars/SI area)

                                                                          £70 bilateral area (e.g. both hocks, both suspensories

                                                                          up to £100 for combinations of multiple areas

Prices include travel within a 20 mile radius.

 

Discounts may be available for multiple horse bookings at a single location.

​

Additional travel/mileage charges apply beyond a 20 mile radius of Trowbridge.

​

If your horse hasn't been seen by Wendy for a period of 6 months, it will treated as an initial assessment appointment.

 

On performing an initial assessment, where treatment is not deemed appropriate, for example where your horse is referred to your vet, at Wendy's discretion, the fee may be reduced to a call-out only fee at £45.

Payment

All treatments must be paid for on the day or prior to treatment unless previously arranged.   

Cash, cheques, PayPal or bank transfer are all acceptable

Late payments will be subject to statutory interest and charges.  Unpaid invoices will be persued, up to and including action through the courts.

Cancellations

Whilst it is understood that emergencies can happen, appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee.
